Here are several ways you can work with me:
Group Coaching
Mindful Reset Sessions
These are complimentary, hour-long and interactive sessions for up to 6-8 participants and currently take place periodically, over Zoom.
In an intimate and safe setting, participants have an opportunity to intentionally Pause and immediately experience the benefit of disconnecting from the hectic frenzy of their day. Participants are also able to share, discuss or ask questions about stressors they typically encounter as well their own strategies and solutions for managing them.
Through the temporary creation of community, they learn from each other and, more importantly, that they are not alone in this struggle, but that relief is indeed attainable.
1:1 Coaching
The offerings below are 4-week, 1:1 coaching packages. They provide individualized attention and support in identifying and implementing strategies and practices that will enable you to reduce or better manage the overwhelm and stress of daily modern living.
Mindful Meditative Jumpstart
This package is for those just getting started on their journey to better manage the stressful aspects of their day-to-day lives.
Refresh & Deepen
This package is for those who may already have strategies in place, but wish to expand and evolve them in order to achieve an even greater sense of inner peace and well-being.
Co-facilitation & Event Support
Supporting the ability of attendees of your events to show-up, be present and participate as fully as possible by mitigating their response to distractions that can interfere with the smooth transitions into, out of and between sessions during your seminars, workshops, etc.
This can include any or all of the following services:
opening or closing segments
breaks or interludes between session segments
as stand-alone programming during your event
